After some thought, we decided to change the request journal from a list to a periodic.
Every Sunday, a simple journal listing this week's patrons (and possible commission opportunities) will be published. In the time between, new patrons are encouraged to send us their information.
All information should be sent via a group note with the following:
Type: digital / traditional / plushy / written / other (specify)
Scope: the number of characters, pages or any information relevant to the size of the request
Price range: the amount and currency the patron is willing to invest in the commission; be sure to include payment options such as paypal, dA commission / premium content system / points etc.
Deadline: the target date
Description: (between 64 and 512 characters) short description of the commission; character info (and links) and the general idea behind the request
Once an artist and the commissioner come to an agreement, the latter should send the group a short notice so that his name can be removed from the list.
New requests have a priority over stale ones, but if a patron changes his terms (e.g. lowers the price), the request moves up in the list. Otherwise, the list is ordered alphabetically.
Furthermore, when the commission is finished, the patron should also send us a memo. Each month, the finished commissions will be listed in another special journal.
The first list will be published on June 2nd. Send in your requests by then.

We ONLY ACCEPT MLP related artwork/commish here!
Yearly (I guess now, lol) reminder! With an addendum! Just a clear title for those who come to the page!
We ONLY accept MLP related artwork and commission information here!
:bulletblue: For artwork, it HAS to be MLP! This means NO regular horses! If it's heavily stylized and it doesn't have a cutie mark, it may get declined. To add, no species other than what appear in the show, and it has to be apparent that you are depicting a MLP version of said creature. (I.e. dragons, kirin, griffins, hippogriffs, etc have to be designed based on MLP:FiM's interpretations.)
:bulletblue: For commission information, IT MUST BE PRIMARILY PONY! You can't

I’ve been noticing an influx of non-pony related submissions recently, to the tune of at least one or two per week. Clearly people aren’t paying attention to the type of group they’re submitting to and just going down their group list to anything with “commission” in the name to submit to and advertise. This is understandable, but not acceptable. If I can learn and cherry pick 50-100 groups to submit to out of the over 200 I’m a part of and STILL remember which ones are a no-no, others can too.
Reminder - Commission Info vs Advertisements
Our new folder system seems to be going well, but I'm having to decline A LOT of things because people aren't paying attention.
The COMMISSION INFO folder is for PERMANENT commission info ONLY. Not "Commissions are open" or "Emergency headshot commissions" or "Taking commissions, here's my info". PERMANENT information is a journal or sheet with your info that will never be deleted or become invalid, commissions open or not. These are not new journals advertising what you have open at the time.
I've changed the title of the folder to try and clarify.
The ADVERTISEMENTS folder is for "commissions open" status updates, "emergency commissions"
Important Group Updates! PLEASE READ!
Hi guys! ~equinepalette (https://www.deviantart.com/equinepalette)equinepalette (https://www.deviantart.com/equinepalette) here!
Our little group here had been falling by the wayside in the wake of all the admins having real lives and no time to manage our group, so I got permission from our founder (yes, MisterAibo (https://www.deviantart.com/misteraibo) is still alive!) to give the group a little face-lift! You'll find a few things have changed and/or been updated, so make sure to take a look below!
Commission List Updates
First and most importantly, I have gone through ALL the commission lists and removed anyone who has moved accounts or has been inactive for more than 6 months so you guys can have a more reliable link to artists you're interested

That sounds pretty awesome! I'm a little backed up now, but I like the idea.
